Dennis Prevo, PE, has relocated from Detroit to Tampa to lead our Florida Water Resources Group and strengthen our local design-build and alternative delivery team. Throughout his 33-year career, Dennis has managed multiple types of delivery contracts, coordinating closely with owners, and working with regulatory agencies for funding and permitting on large infrastructure projects. His expertise includes program management, project management, construction management, design management, project controls, and design-build delivery systems.

Drawing from a broad range of experience working with large utilities in Detroit and Cleveland, Dennis knows how to deliver tough projects under tight schedules using collaborative delivery methods. He served as deputy project manager and design manager for the design-build portion of a 20-year design-build-operate contract for the largest biosolids facility in North America. He also spent a year in southern Afghanistan, where he oversaw design, construction, and design-build project services to support up to $4.1 million of facilities construction.

Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University.
