Each year brings new infrastructure challenges to the Village of Kingsley, a growing northern Michigan community that takes pride in delivering the best possible services to its 1,500 residents. Wade Trim has served as the Village’s Engineer of Record since 2005, providing guidance, technical assistance, project funding assistance, planning, survey and design. Our knowledge of the community combined with our range of experience in municipal work helps us understand the Village’s infrastructure needs and develop solutions efficiently.
A variety of infrastructure improvements have been completed including a comprehensive sewer replacement project, re-creation of downtown park space, and street improvements. A successful pursuit of grant funding enabled a major water system upgrade that added a second water storage tank, new water main and water meter replacement with radio-read technology. The community’s Master Plan helps to guide these improvements and we have assisted with plan updates as needed. We also provide operations, maintenance and management of the Village’s wastewater treatment plant.
