Wade Trim was contracted by East Bay Village Acquisition, LLC, to provide an ALTA (American Land Title Association) survey of a 15.5-acre apartment complex in two parcels in Essexville, MI. Services included research and land boundary determination, mapping of the subject parcels including buildings and all improvements, location of all visible utilities and preparation of a detailed drawing showing the property, easements and all pertinent features. In addition, a count of parking spaces, zoning requirements, flood zone status and any observable conditions that might affect the title were included. Certification of the ALTA drawing was made to the owner, title insurance company, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation and owner’s counsel.
