Phil Munro joined as Quality Lead where he will champion Wade Trim’s quality program to provide services and deliverables that are accurate, competent, and consistent with professional standards. Our commitment to quality is rooted in our culture and core values and fundamental to the success of our clients and employees. Phil’s leadership will help us maintain company-wide standards and performance levels from project planning to delivery as we continue to grow.

With more than 27 years of experience, Phil has led the strategic development and oversight of major civil engineering quality assurance (QA) programs to improve service for public and private clients. He has supported leadership and staff through personal interactions, comprehensive training sessions, and implementation of QA/QC standards and key quality metrics.

In his new role, Phil will engage Wade Trim staff in a wide variety of projects and develop and refine quality policies, procedures, and training as needed to meet client expectations. He will connect with project managers to share knowledge, integrate feedback, and enhance their tools and processes influence QA at Wade Trim to minimize risk and earn client trust.

Phil received his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Abertay in Dundee, Scotland, and maintains his Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence Certification from the American Society of Quality.
