Our Community Design group is growing in southeast Michigan with the addition of Mark McCulloch, PE, as Senior Project Manager. With over 26 years of experience at the Washtenaw County Road Commission, Mark brings extensive expertise in public sector projects ranging from road design and construction to traffic, safety, permitting, land development, and public engagement.

With a keen understanding of client needs and industry regulations, Mark has a track record of providing affordable, quality, and creative solutions. Notably, he led the design of a compact urban roundabout that achieved the safety benefits of a traditional roundabout while reducing construction time and cost. Mark is passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers by sharing his insights and experience with our project teams to drive unique and innovative solutions for clients.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University and is an active member of the American Public Works Association.
