Matt Leach, PE, joined our Water Resources Group as Ohio Area Lead where he will focus on serving our water and wastewater clients. He brings 22 years of experience in water treatment and wastewater conveyance design, serving as a project manager, operations leader, and client services manager.

Working with state and local governments, Matt has managed and designed many complex projects for the City of Columbus, including several at the 80-MGD Dublin Road Water Plant. He was project manager for the plant’s award-winning expansion, which included the largest nitrate removal ion exchange facility for drinking water in the US.

An active member of the Water Environment Federation and American Water Works Association, Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University.
