David works with major utilities to protect public health and water resources. Throughout his 30-year career, he has helped clients develop innovative and cost-effective solutions that mitigate risk for wastewater collection system and wet weather control improvements. He has worked on some of the largest combined sewer overflow (CSO) control programs in the country and abroad including Cleveland, Akron, New York City, Atlanta, Hartford, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and London UK.
To support professional development in the water industry, David participates on the Water Environment Federation (WEF) Collection Systems Committee and WEFTEC Workshop Subcommittee, and has instructed a Rapid Excavation and Tunneling Conference (RETC) Shafts Design and Construction Short Course.
David holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
