Understanding and managing the legal aspects of infrastructure work is critical for the success of Wade Trim and our clients. As General Counsel, Jennifer guides our firm in enterprise risk management, corporate compliance, legal document development, and contract review and negotiation. She also manages our insurance program and provides general legal support to our market segments and corporate administration groups. Jennifer works in partnership with our clients and project teams to reduce overall project and contractual risks through creative, practical solutions that align with project goals. She has 17 years of legal experience specializing in business, commercial, and construction law and litigation.

A licensed attorney in the State of Michigan, Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University and a BA in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Michigan.
