Bill Harrington, PE, has joined our Water Resources Group as a Senior Project Manager in Tampa, where he will focus on serving water and wastewater treatment clients in Tampa and throughout the Southeast. He brings more than 36 years of experience in heavy civil, industrial, and municipal engineering design and construction projects.
Drawing from a career leading programs for public utilities and a private consultant, Bill focuses on building high-performance teams and project controls to deliver solutions for complex challenges. He recently served as Program Manager for Hillsborough County’s $240-million Northwest Hillsborough Wastewater Consolidation Program. He also served as Project Controls Manager for the County’s Public Works Department, where he established and maintained schedule and cost control systems and standards for project tracking, reporting, and control.
Bill is a member of the Water Environment Federation, Florida Engineering Society, and Design Build Institute of America. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
